Aseptic filling system(Sterilizer + Aseptic filler)
The aseptic filling system consists of the sterilizer and the aseptic filler. And this system is applicable for the aseptic filling of the natural fruit juice, pulp, puree, concentrated fruit juice, paste and etc. The product will be sterilized and cooled to the ambient temperature, then be conveyed to the aseptic filler by the connecting tubes. The product will never be exposed in the air during the process and will be filled into the aseptic bags in the filling chamber of the filler that is protected by the steam. So, the whole process will be made in a closed and safety aseptic system. Gofun Company will select the appropriate sterilizer for the customers’ special products. And the main type of the sterilizer will be including the tubular type sterilizer and the tube-in-tube type sterilizer.
