MONOAMMONIUM GLYCYRRHIZINATE (MAG) 98% - NATURAL SWEETNER

 The glycyrrhizin contained in the roots of the licorice is rich in triterpenes glycosides also known as glycyrrhetinic acid. The salts, including the monoammonium, are named glycyrhizinate.
