Seawit® 40% ARA Oil is a light yellow or orange yellow oily liquid. Containing a minimum of 40%ARA, the refined ARA oil is extracted and purified from Mortierella alpine fermentation broth, stabilized with mixed natural tocopherols. Seawit® 40%ARA oil could be fortified into food application, including infant formula and baby food.
