Your idea then goes through various steps of nutritional testing and taste tasting by our formulators and nutritionists until your final approval of the product.
Goldencrops provides all formulation and design services in-house, from product formulation to taste test to retail label artwork design. A successful product must begin with design, that's why we provide our one-stop service so we can monitor every step of the way.
Blending & Packaging
Quality and safety is imperative to our operations. Our blending and packing standards are HACCP and ISO22000 certified by SGS and approved by several world class MNC's food safety programs. We have six stainless steel blenders ranging from 500-1000L capacity, all equipped with high power magnets, sifters and metal detectors.
Every blending line is supervised by an experienced operator with at least 3 years experience in dry blending, and all our operations follow strict quality protocols to ensure consistent homogeneity and quality in our blends.
