Maize Starchy (Native Grade) is the basic form of corn starch, which is used extensively across various Industries because of its Sizing, Binding, Stabilizing, Thickning & Suspending properties. Specification of Native Grade Maize Starch: Moisture < 13%, pH (10% agg slurry) 4.5-5.5%, Starch content on dry basis > 98% & viscosity of around 34-35 secs in 2% paste on R.V. meter.
