The model SG is a new type of machine manufactured by Songben in 2005. It is the top equipment for biscuit aggregative packaging without a holding tray. It saves the huge manpower and material cost for our clients.

1. Usingimport ed Panasonic electrical components and three servo motors, thus achieving the moves of supplying, pushing, filming, motioning, sealing and cutting speed at one time.
2. Using cantilever structure with refined timing-belt configuration for easy maintenance. Greatly reduces running noise and increases the stability of the machine.
3. Adjustable large touch screen can be programmed to memorize different products’ technical parameters and adjusted easily to pack different products.
4. The conveyer chain is with gentle clamping setting NOT the spring clamping to avoid the crushing of biscuit, so the finished product rate is effectively increased. At the same time, it leaves no biscuit crumbs to cause mildew.
5. The leaking design of the conveyer canal avoids biscuit crumbs stored in the canal gap, thus eliminating the mildewing problem and meeting the safety standard of the food production industry.
