After the megranate enters into the upper crushing device from the material feeding hopper, the upper crushing device will press the megranate to open and the lower crushing device will extrude the megranate again. After the two-level extrusion, the peel and seed of megr-anate are basically separated and drop into the separating device. The seed of megranate will drop from the sieve mesh and the peel will be discharged from the tail part. The seed and juice will be transferred to the next proce-dure by the additionally allocated screw pump.
Features
1 The interval between upper and lower crushing rollers is adjustable. The crushing rollers are of flexible structure.
2 When the upper and lower crushing devices are changed into upper and lower cutting devices, it can be used for separating peel and pulp of passionflower and megranate etc.
3 Rotation speed of blending shaft and rotary sieve are adjustable
4 Separating rate of peel and seed: ≥97%
5 Peel breaking rate: ≤1%
