4. Tile pasting machine:the tile sharp angle roller diameter is 265mm-310mm;the eletric powder is 11kw-17kw with electromagneic adjusting motor.
5. Durel roller gluing machine:adopts upper and middle two laers gluing and paper guiding roller for bottom end.
6. Drying machine:total length is 10 meters.composed of 14 blocks of heating board.pneumati tensing device,with conveying belt automatic detaching function when power failure.
7. Molding part:the overall length is 6 meters and consisted of 27 pairs of molding shafts.
8. Lonitudinal cutting machine:super thin knife or normal knife can be used according to user’s requirements;with higg automation and convenient operation.
9. Transversal cutting machine:there are four configuration types:computer single or double-knife,or mechanical single or double-knife for user adoption.
10. boiler coal consumption:120 kg/hour.the bolier is of pressure free energy saving type;the temperature rising time of the machine from 0 ℃ to operating temprture will not over two hours and there’s nearly no oil consumption.
