Jelly processing method.
1. Pre-mix jelly powder and other dry ingredients (such as sugar, sweetener and others) with more than three time the weight of Jelly Powder, then add water and stir constantly and slowly.
2. Keep stir and heat till boiling, then keep boiling for 5~10 minutes before turn heat off.
3. When temperature of the solution is reduced to around 65, add Juice, acid, colors flavors, preservatives in solution, stir them evenly, then filling and sealing.
4. Pasteurization (85-90, 15-20 minutes)
5. Sterilize and then cool Jelly, pack and store.
