Just heat the pad in the microwave for up to 2 minutes (do not over heat). The pad should not touch the sides of the microwave. Larger pads may be folded, place it on an aching muscles or joints for fast relief.
You can freeze the pack and use it to reduce swelling, muscle spasms or bruising. The natural fill will always conform to the contours of your body for maximum relief. To freeze just simply place in the ziplock bag that is provided, and place in the freezer until desired temp is reached.
