As an initiative to promote Argentine lemons, suppliers launched a lemon quality seal. This new standard was designed to identify Argentinean lemons on the market as a high quality and safe products.

The seal says, “ALL LEMON”, and claims to be “Tested & Certified for Export.” The new seal will certify fruit on account of its high juice content, long shelf-life, firmness, freshness, uniform shape, balanced color, unblemished peel, traceability and safety – characteristics which set apart Argentinean lemons from other producing regions, according to growers.
