LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former is suitable for the packaging of cans, such as: tin can, beverage, foods and so on. LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former automatically feed box, opening and making box, products automatically piled up, packing a box. LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former can automatically coat hot melt glue on both ends of width, folding and sealing the box. The machine can be used by oneself, which can also be used with other machines, for example: heat shrinking machine, packaging machine and so on. The machine adopts human-computer interface, there is function of manual operation and automatically operation.
Function feature
1. LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former is controlled automatically by PLC, and speed is adjusted by frequency control system. All electrical appliances are made by international famous brand, like Omron.
2. LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former can be operated manually or automatically. Two ways can be shifted freely. And the machine can stop automatically if overload happen.
3. LX-W20ZX Tray Type Carton Former can detect the missing of stuff in carton.
4. The malfunction, boxing speed and finished product count can be shown automatically.
