Adopting the dry-method precessing technique, 6FYDT -8 Complete Set of Corn/ Maize Milling Machine can produce low fat corn grits, corn germ, corn flour and corn peel with different size at the same time. The yeild of the set varies from 8 tons to 200 tons each day. The whole assembly line consists of grain cleaning, maize peeling, maize milling and maize flour packing parts.
Process Flow:
1. raw maize acceptance→2. raw maize cleaning →3. peeling and degerming → 4. crushing and milling → 5. automatic packing
Impurities removal in the separator and destoner firstly and then the pure corn be transformed to peeling machine, after intensive and gentle peeling, the maize will be degermed in the polishing machine. Then the granular maize (without skins and germs) will be grinded and milled by roller mill. After the circulatory milling and flour grading, the wantted products will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
