This set of machine applied to the factory which has stable capacity per day,it has the advantage of long term investment,strong production line,successive working with high yield.
Processing flow:
1. Technique for cleaning system: Three sieves, three beating, two removing stone, two termper moisture and three magnetic selecting. This producing line adopts second moisture wheat technology. This increases the toughness of coat and assures the complete of bran.
2. Technology for flour system: 5B, 8M, 1S, 2T bounty in the middle, bran finish in the back, three purify. The characteristics of the technology are purifiers with wheat duster, assured more good quality wheat flow into the central mill. Assured flour rate and quality.
The process of flour milling usually consist of the following:
1. grain storage (silos, or warehouse)
2. Cleaning system (sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc)
3. Dampening (dampener, conditioning silos, etc)
4. Milling system (roller mill, plan sifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.)
5. Flour pressure and blending system (if need)
6. Flour packing and stacking
Workshop:
The workshop is ferroconcrete or steel platforms for 4 floors. The total length of workshop is 40m, 7.5 m width and 19.4m high. We can design the dimension of workshop as customers requirement.
