Application of GTWR40/60(non-phosphorus) in shrimp meat

Main function: Get weighting result through combination of proteins
Promote water holding capability
Partially prevent the products from oxidizing
Suggested volume: 2~4% is added soak (2kg water : 1kg shrimp meat ), extra 1~2% salt (food grade salt) can be added. After experimenting deployment, the best result can be reached.
Application solution:
(operating process is the same as phosphate below the temperature 5’C)
1. Add suggested volume GTWR40/60 in solution of water, ice and salt.
2.Stir slowly until GTWR40/60 dissolve completely.
3.Add peeled shrimp in the solution, ensure it is completely immersed.
4.During the process, ice can be added to keep the temperature under 5’C.
5.Soak it for 3 hours
