During the cleaning section, the wheat cleaned by three times sifting, twice de-stoning, twice wheat scouring, twice magnetic separation, once color sorting or fine extraction, once dampening conditioning and once atomizing-dampening before grinding . The milling craft mostly adopts five times bran grinding, twice core grinding, twice slag grinding, twice tail grinding, four to six times purifying, twice bran finishing, once flour brushing and powder loosing machines equipped in core, slag and tail grinding. My factory provides 100-2000TPD wheat flour production plants. Our firm group can provide capacity ranging 100 ton to 2000 ton per 24hours.
