The technology of bean cleaner machine is three times sifting, twice destoning, twice magnetic separation, once selections, once color sorting and etc during which the selection and color sorting could be chosen or not according to customers’ demand. 1.   Advanced and mature technology: we have 20 years experience in grain processing technology and equipment manufacturing, hundreds of wheat flour production lines runs at home and abroad.

2.Equipment runs stably and has low failure rate: all the engines adopt high precise manufacture of corn special equipment; bearings and motors all adopt national and international famous brands thus maximally reduce the failure rate.

3． High efficiency in impurities removing, impurities content after cleaning could be less than 0.2%.

4. Long lifetime of the equipment: two years warranty for main engines, and the service life is more than 15 years.
