sesame processing plant is a turn-key project, which can remove big and small impurity, stems, stones, earth, dust, heterochromatic grain and bad quality sesame.  There are two cleaning technology, one is three times sifting, twice destoning, twice magnetic separation, once fine gravity separation, once color sorting and etc; the other is five times sifting, three times destoning, twice magnetic separation, twice color sorting and etc. The fine gravity separation and color sorting depend on customers’ demand and beans condition. My factory could provide sesame cleaning lines capacity ranging from 1 ton to 10ton per hour.
