Bread Waste/Waste Bread for Cattle feed

Bread waste, an alternative source of protein form bread by-product was suitable and highly recommended for poultry and swine feed due to its extremely low moisture content and mycotoxin level detected in feed. It’s contain high level of fat compare with corn and  also can substitute as energy source in the feed formulation. The smell was so nice and some of the feed producer used it as natural ingredient when fed it to pig and chicken.
