Working principle and structure of mine vibrating screen:
The vibrating screen of XZKS mine is driven by a vibration motor or an ordinary motor or a self vibration source, which makes the sieve vibrate periodically in the direction of the exciting force, and the material is moving in a linear direction on the screen to achieve the purpose of screening. The XZKS mining vibrating screen is composed of an excitation device, a sieve box, a dust cover, a hopper, a damping device and a base. When the vibrating screen works, the exciting force produced by the vibrator is passed through the sieve box to the sieve surface in the sieve box. The excitation force produced by the vibrator is the longitudinal force, forcing the sieve box to drive the screen surface as the longitudinal front and back displacement. Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward by the excitation force and is less than the sieve hole when it falls. The material is sifting and falling to the lower layer. The movement of the material on the screen surface is parabolic movement. As the material moves from the end of the material into the sieve box, the material quickly advances, looses and sieves, and completes the screening operation.
