Our Copper cathode 99.9999% are produced from highly homogeneous precursors, which our proprietary hydro-metallurgical technology materializes, under our proprietary integrated process.
Our production system significantly reduces the concentration of impurities in our materials to improve safety of lithium-ion batteries.
We are ready to fine-tune specifications of our materials, including powder property and volume, to satisfy our customers’ demands. Cu cathodes are also available.
In collaboration with the Recycling & Environmental Services Group, we are building a recycling-oriented system. In the system, we will efficiently recover metals from used lithium-ion batteries and others to secure raw materials for our products.

Application:
Mainly used for electrical appliance industry, such as wire, cable, all kinds of electrical equipment. Also used in making all kinds of alloy, such as brass, bronze, copper and so on, also used in electroplating. Discovered the ancient copper, the main minerals are chalcopyrite (CuFeS2), chalcocite (Cu2S), red copper ore (Cu2O), malachite (Cu2 (OH) 2 co3).Copper ore smelted from Crude copper, finally get the pure copper through electrolytic refining
For industrial applications, oxygen-free Cu cathodes is valued more for its chemical purity than its electrical conductivity. High-pure grade copper plate is used in plasma deposition (sputtering) processes, including the manufacture of semiconductors and superconductor components, as well as in high vacuum devices such as particle accelerators. In any of these applications, the release of oxygen (and/or other impurities) can cause undesirable chemical reactions with other materials in the local environment.
