Product Introduction:Non-ferrous metal spherical head is made by Ti&Titanium alloy,Al&Aluminium alloy and other non-ferrous metal material, also called as Ti&Titanium alloy spherical head, Al&Aluminium alloy spherical head. Titanium is one kind of active element,it is easy to absorb Nitrogen,Hydrogen,Oxygen under high temperature welding situation,make increase the weld joint hardness and strength,lower the plasticity and toughness,cause the embrittlement. Carbon and Titanium make chemical reaction, then forms into hard and fragile Tic, easy to cause the crack.Therefore, needs to make effective protection while Ti and Titanium alloy welds, prevent the air or other elements pollution. So non ferrous  spherical  head shall not use gas welding or welding rod arc welding method while Ti and Titanium alloy welds, or the connector cannot meet with quality requirement, normally it only adopts argon shield protection or welded under vacuum condition. The Al and Aluminium alloy suits for many kinds of solution,when it welds on the pressure vessel, normally adopts argon tungsten-arc welding and gas metal arc welding,the heat is concentrated with these two solution,arc burning is stable, as it adopts inert gas, the protection is good, easy to control the impurities and moisture source, reduce the heat cracks and air hole, the weld joint is superior, the argon tungsten-arc welding is mainly used for thin sheet, the gas metal arc welding is used for thick plate.Information necessary to order heads:1.
