The Ramshorn hook can be used in any type of crane pulley. Precautions for safe use1. The lifting hook shall be manufactured by the formal professional factory according to the technical conditions and safety specifications of the lifting hook, and the product shall have the quality qualification certificate of the manufacturer, otherwise it is not allowed to be used.2, the new hook should do a load test, the measurement hook opening should not exceed 0.25% of the original opening.3. Check whether the hook is cracked or seriously deformed, corroded or worn frequently during use.4. The hook shall be tested once a year.During the test, the static test was carried out at 1.25 times the allowable working load for 10min, and the test was conducted by magnifying glass or other methods. No cracks, cracks or residual deformation should be found.5.
