Live Mud Crabs

Generally, the crab is a brownish- green color, but can appear a darker brown or a deep, almost-purple black, as well.

Mud Crabs range in size from tiny babies to the giants at about 1.5 kilogram a piece. They have medium to firm textured meat with a delicate sweet flavor.  Its moist meat, mostly found in the body and claws, has a marvellous distinct flavour.

Our crabs are carefully caught, handled by highly experienced personnel and shipped within the shortest time possible to ensure high quality and lowest mortality is achieved.

Sizes: 500 - 1500 grams.
