Production Process
Top grade raw material
We use quality material from well-established top steel plants in China. To make sure the material with standard content, with good toughness, tensile strength. Record is made for every lot of material used for every order of each customer.
Punching with new mold
During the product progress, we will make sure that new mold is used to avoid product deformation, and burrs.
Super flat metal sheet surface
With flattening machine, the metal mesh surface will be flattened to fine quality smoothness. Maximum width to be flattened is 4 m, meeting the leveling effect of big size sheet.
The smallest tolerance
We use sophisticated hydraulic cutting machine to cut custom thickness precisely.
