Our tubing is manufactured by cold drown or hot rolling,diameter from 1/8" to 24", The tubing is stocked in random lengths of 20 to 40 foot, and custom lengths are available by design. Coned and threaded medium pressure nipples also available upon request.
Alloy tube products feature high tensile strength and toughness. We can offer selection of round 4140 alloy tubing, as well as square and rectangular varieties. 4140 round tubing offers harden ability, strength, wear resistance, toughness and ductility and is available in annealed or heat treated conditions. It’s a great option for parts typically made from 4140 bar stock where the middle would otherwise be removed by machining. It comes available in full-lengths or as cut pieces using our tube processing capabilities.
