Product Details

 Bullnose Corner Bead is available in galvanised steel and rigid vinyl materials, used to create subtle dimension, the softened look of outside corners and a smooth transition to baseboard or corner molding in drywall plastering. Also called Bullnose angle bead or plaster bead.
We supply mainly three types of bullnose corner beads:
Standard galvanized steel bullnose corner guards;
1-1/2" Bullnose Archway with slotted tapered flange in 8' and 10' lengths;
Bullnose vinyl corner beads.
The arc angle bullnose guard net is specially used for the corners with a relatively large radian in construction of kindergartens, especially in children’s play areas, nursing homes, hospitals and other places such as in subways, supermarkets and other places with large crowds. The arc-shaped design ensures the safety of colliding people, especially children, and avoids bumps.
Four major features of the bullnose corner beads:
1. Stiffness and strength of the material;
2. Impact resistance to avoid repeated repairs due to damaged corners, cracks, falling off, etc.
3. Improved work efficiency by 3-5 times, short construction time and reduced project cost.
4. Easily installed with nails, screws or staples, vinyl bullnose corner bead is rust-proof and dent-resistant.
The construction method of circular arc corner line:
1 Wall plastered and smoothed;
2 Then press the bullnose corner guard evenly and forcefully on the wet cement surface, make the cement sand overflow from the round hole, make the surface smooth and flat;
3. The corner guards should be boned close to the wall. If they are loose, use nails or other paste fixed;
4 Brush a layer of mortar and smooth it;
5 After naturally air-dried, sand it slightly with sandpaper;
6 Finish with wall painting and oher surface treatment.
