STAINLESS STEEL KNITTED WIRE MESH DEMISTERS - PAD FILTERS WITH STEEL BAR SUPPORT GRID FOR OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES

Knitted wire mesh type demisters are designed specially in drilling of oil and water well, petrochemical and process industries. The steel bar and rod grid design offers this mesh filter demisters a fixed structure requiring less if any maintenance.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Knitted Demisters feature simple structure, big porosity and small pressure drop, large contact surface area, high defoaming efficiency, light weight, easy installation, operation and maintenance.

Knitted mesh type demisters work mainly as screen defoaming filters used for vertical separators, in-line gas scrubbers and collection towers.

We supply wire mesh knitted demister pads in ss304 and ss316l materials, with tie wire and bars support grid. The mist catchers or demisters can be supplied in round pad or square pad shap. The bar grid makes it fixed to remove enstrained liquid droplets passing through the knitted mesh materials.

With demisters we also supply with sketch or drawing as how to fit in the vessel, Area Calculated and recommended area and complete accessories for assembling. Major markets we supply include USA, Spain, U.A.E., Thailand, Poland, India, Pakistand and other countries.
