POLYPROPYLENE (PP) WIRE MESH MIST ELIMINATOR DEMISTER PADS

We supply polypropylene (PP) mist eliminator corrugated knitted wire mesh for making gas liquid filter or demisters.

Benefits of Using Polypropylene (PP) mesh mist eliminator:
PP is a kind of thermoplastics, knitted pp mesh demister is constructed from multi layer mesh media which functions well at economic cost;
The non-metal mist filter pad provides dense mat through which gas flows and liquid entrainment is trapped through impingement or coalescence, hence, it can prevent the mists or droplets from passing downstream, achieving liquid-gas separation;
PP mesh filter has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance.

Material : Polypropylene ( Simplified as PP)
Shape: Round, Square, Oblong, etc.
Wire Diameter : 0.08 to 0.50mm, while 0.2mm-0.25mm are the most common wire diameter specifications.
Width : 40mm, 80mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, etc.
