When combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as the raw material of Leavening agent such as bread, biscuit and pancake, and also as the raw material of foaming powder juice. It is also used for blanching green vegetables, bamboo shoots, as well as medicine and reagents;
5. Used as a buffer; Inflating agent.
6. Ammonium bicarbonate is widely used in plastic and rubber industries, pottery manufacturing, chrome tanning and synthetic catalysts.

Ammonium bicarbonate has the advantages of quick effect, low price, economy, non hardening soil, suitable for all kinds of crops and soil, and can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing fertilizer, and is welcomed by farmers. The annual usage accounts for about 1/4 of the total nitrogen fertilizer production, making it the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer product in China, except for urea. The main disadvantages of ammonium bicarbonate are its volatility and low nitrogen utilization rate. Therefore, in production, we should leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses, and use them reasonably.
