Introduction 
JOEO IPX56 Water Spray Test Chamber  requires the distance between the nozzle and the measured object to be 2.5-3 meters, so when the external pipe is connected, the rain spray test chamber has four outward directions, namely, back, up, left, and right. The direction of the external interface depends on the customer's on-site requirements. If you have a spacious field with a top height of more than 3 meters, you can use a four-way connection.
If your site is limited, you cannot use all four directions. If the walls of two adjoining rooms can be opened, the open walls can be placed in the other room, and the entrance to the site needs to be made accessible.

Features

• JOEO ip test chamber is equipped with a standard universal wheel, which has free movement, convenient adjustment, and is equipped with a fixing device.
• Rain test chambers with water tank, water circulation, no need to build another waterproof laboratory. The water storage box is equipped with high and low water level alarm monitoring, which can effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.
• The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the shell is painted, beautiful and durable
• Spray test chamber is equipped with a standard test door, and the door is equipped with a large observation window of 400*300mm, which is conducive to observing the state of the test object during the test.
• There are two ways for the nozzle of the water spray chamber, one is fixed on the nozzle, mechanically fixed, and does not require human hands. In addition, it can automatically swing up and down for a more comprehensive test.
• The JOEO IPX56 rain test chamber turntable is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance，Because the height of the sample and the water hole must have a corresponding fixed distance and a certain impact force, so the turntable is also very high requirements. The turntable adopts stepper motor, the speed is stepless adjustable in the standard range, and the positive and negative turn can be controlled. Suitable for sample charging test, prevent winding.

Product precautions：

• Before conducting the test on the IPX56 test chamber, it is necessary to check whether all equipment and appliances can operate normally;
• The location where the  water spray test chamber is placed should have independent water and power sources, with a power supply of 220V or 380V;
• Does the water in the water tank of the spray test chambers need to be replaced, does the filter element need to be replaced, and is the water in the water tank sufficient; It is necessary to ensure that the water source is turned on before starting the water pump to avoid dry burning damage.
• Rain spray test chamber is randomly equipped with needles, water pipes, buckles, and filter elements, and any clogged or deformed needles are replaced in a timely manner;
• The site where the  water spray test chamber is placed should undergo appropriate ground waterproofing, wall waterproofing, and ceiling waterproofing treatments, especially for the electrical appliances used;
