· 1 kg of Ice Cream Powder + 1.5 litre of water = 2.5kg of Ice Cream
· 1kg of Ice Cream Powder = 35 servings.
Preparation:
1. Mix 1kg Ice Cream Powder with 1.5 litre warm water.
2. Pour the mixture into ice cream maker
3. Beat it for 12-15 minutes or till turning the liquid into ice cream
4. Set ice cream in a refrigerator at -18°C for 4 hrs at least for firmer texture.
End Product: 2.5 kg of ice cream
