Frozen raw headless shell-on shrimp in freshest and premium quality. The de-headed shrimps are graded entirely by hand . Tail on. 31 to 40 shrimps per pound. Block.
Cooking Instruction:
Boiled:
Cook in shell in boiling salted water with 1 thick slice of lemon until shrimp turns pink. Shrimp cook in 3-5 minutes. Do not cook over six minutes. The shell is easy to peel off and, with a sharp-pointed knife, remove the vein down the back.
Broiled:
Mix 1 cup Salad Oil, 1 tsp. Tarragon Vinegar, 1 clove of Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper and a handful of chopped Parsley in a bowl. Slit the shell of each shrimp down the back and remove the vein. Marinate shrimp in the oil dressing for several hours, turning frequently. Arrange shrimp on broiler pan and grill in the broiler 5-10 minutes, turning to cook on both sides. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
