Loligo Squid

We produce Loligo squid from both sides of the Pacific Ocean. The whole round Loligo squid (Loligo opalescens) caught off California coast and cleaned California Loligo squid processed by the HACCP certified plant are supplied in 1-lb, 2.5-lb, 5-lb, and 10-lb packaging.

Besides the Loligo squid from California coast, we also supply Loligo squid from other origins. The premium Pacific Ranch (TM) Loligo squid is a wild caught, natural product consisting of a high-quality cleaned and trimmed squid body (known as a “tube” for its hollow shape) and tentacles. This product is high in protein and very tender, with a very sweet, subtle taste. Excellent for appetizers, this product is often used for restaurant applications, typically with the tubes cut into rings then breaded and deep fried side by side with the tentacles, or stir-fried into a seafood medley.
