Small Bottle Filling machine (can fill 0.5L and 1.5L with one machine, but have to change some fittings)
These series model Tribloc Rinser Filler Capper work harmoniously with air-conveyor belt.
It especially design to fill water into pet bottle, the process chart is below:
Rinse the empty bottle with clean water ---filling the mineral water into the bottle ----capping the fillied bottles with screw caps

Features:
This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt; it holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.
This machine is used to fill water into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.
This machine integrated three function: 1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles with production water, 3. capping the filled bottles
