| Our company for the medium and small-sized property owners and small oil mill, especially design small unit type equipments applicable to a variety of oil refining into national standard secondary oil, level 1 oil, senior cooking oil. This unit belongs to the batch production, simple to operate, easy to master with all the features of the medium-sized intermittent oil refining equipment, and requires no boiler, heated by conducting oil, reducing the investment, ensuring safe and reliable operation. This whole unit is assembled in one factory, covers an small area, requires no special plant and equipment base, and can be removed as a whole to facilitate the selection of oil processing in different location of raw materials. Both indoor and outdoor shed can be set to a productive workplace. The complete unit equipment overall weight: 2.0 to 6.5 tons, the total installed power: 20 kW. The unit uses bituminous coal or wood as heat source and requires no additional configuration boiler. The unit is equipped with electric control system, as long as the power and tap water (also can 3 meters high tank instead of) and raw and auxiliary materials are ready, production can start. |
