The authentic Greek Feta Cheese P.D.O., is not altered by the use of modern production processes, as in case of "ultra filtration", a process used extensively in Northern Europe for the production of "feta type" white cheeses, made from cow’s milk.
Feta Cheese P.D.O. is an excellent complement to your food as a table cheese, it may also be used to create unique and delicious gastronomic delights, when used in Greek (Rustic) salad, in cheese pies (the famous tyropita-cheese pie and spanakopita-spinach pie) and many other recipes.
