Product Details

Saffron is obtained from the purple flower of a plant called Crocus Sativus Linnaeus and is changed into commercial product of saffron after drying.
The major producers of commercial saffron are Iran , Greece , Spain and Indian Kashmir. However Iran accounts for the 90% of the saffron produced in the world. Iranian saffron is desirable due to its organoleptic characteristics (color, odor and flavor) as well as its competitive price.
