Applications:
Food/beverage: control pH; regulates tartness together with citric acid; chelates trace metal ions; complexes calcium ions in cheese; modifies or enhances flavor; imparts flexibility to cheese slices; slows down gelling action in pectin jellies; stabilizes whipped cream; aids flavour development in cheese; stabilizes colour in meat.
Pharmaceuticals: chelates calcium; buffers pH; maintains stability of active ingredient; reduces astringency; acts as antiplaque and anticoagulant agent; acts as blood and urine alkaliser;
Personal care: buffer Ph; enhances action of methyl parabens.
It can also used as cleaners/detergents and industry.
Packing: 25kg/bag; the inner is food grade plastic bag, outer is PE and kraft papercompound bag.
Storage: It should be stored in dry, ventilative and cool warehouse, kept away from moisture and heat. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substance. Avoiding damage to the bags.
