Sơn Tinh Rose Apple (Táo Mèo) is ideal with strong cheeses and smoked or charcoal-grilled meat. A fine accompaniment to spicy dishes such as curries.
In order to retain their full character and taste, Son Tinh liquors are not chill-filtered. At low temperatures or with the addition of water a slight haze may occasionally arise. Long maturing might also result in a certain residue at the bottom of the bottle. This is absolutely natural and does not in any way impair the quality of the liquor.
Sơn Tinh liquors are natural and do not contain any artificial additives or flavouring.
