Cider vinegar is wildly used in western pickle vegetate and western salad, and also used in some special dishes of Chinese food. Fannuoer cider vinegar is brewed using submerged fermentation, from concentrate apple juice. The juice is rich in fructose, vitamins, minerals and other nutriments. Afte alcohol fermentationand acetic acid fermentation, the nutriments are more abundant and easier to absorb.
The item is naturally fermented, without any additive. The color of cider vinegar is pretty natural, and they taste soft and fruity.
After adding right amount water and honey, cider vinegar could be drink directly.
