Introduction:

TCYS Series Tumbler Screen is an efficient screening machine which can realize large-tonnage, high-density sieving screening. The movement of the machine is similar to hand screening. Fully sealed structure, no dust spillover, safe to operate. The acceleration speed is 4.5 times lower than the vibrating screen, this ensure longer service life of the spare parts and less maintainence.

 

TCYS Seres Tumbler Screen is suitable for all the fine and ultra-fine powder and granular materials, especially for materials which are very difficult to sieve. Up to 5 times output per unit area, accurate to 6 levels separation, screening efficiency is up to 90% - 95%. Silicone rubber balls, ultrasonic device are available to prevent blocking of the mesh hole.

Working Principle:

The rotary motion is similar to hand screening, the eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low-speed V-belt is adjustable from 120 to360rpm.

 

The staying time on the sieve of each material is adjustable by adjusting the radial and tangential angle towards to the drive axis.

 

The horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling movement make the material disperse evenly onthe sieve surface from the center to the outer edge, and thus spread towards to the axis by sprial movement. Then the small particles are sieved from the sieve.
