Scalene (red): A medium-sweet red wine of superb quality made from the best red varieties which flourish in the Achaia region. A wine with distinctive aroma of red fruits, balanced full body and velvety aftertaste. It should be served at 14o – 16oC as an aperitif or accompanying red meat, dishes with sweet and soursauces, Mediterranean salads and spicy sausages.
