Extracted from the dried bark of Indonesian Cassia Korintji A, this is a free flowing brown liquid available in water and oil soluble forms. It has a sweet, delicate spicy aroma similar to fresh ground cassia. It is used in food products like confectionary products, baked goods, meat products, seasonings and condiment mixtures where a cinnamon/cassia flavour is required.
