This is a greenish liquid, pourable at ambient temperature and has a strong aroma and the characteristic taste of fennel. Prepared from the dried seeds of Foeniculum vulgare Miller, this has a minimum shelf life of 24 months, when stored as recommended. This product is available in water and oil soluble forms and can be used in all types of food products wherever the fennel flavour is required.
