We should have called this cake Tier-amisu.
Three layers of coffee syrup infused moist vanilla sponge cake are filled and topped with a unique tiramisu whipped cream. Decorated to impress, our topping includes a hand-crafted real whipped cream rosette and lady fingers and a fine dusting of cocoa powder. Side garnished with rich dark chocolate shavings.
Handling and Preparation
Thaw product under refrigeration for approximately 8 – 12 hours, prior to serving (times will vary depending on size). Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water for slicing. Cover product to prevent moisture loss. Keep product refrigerated. Appearance may suffer if thawed and refrozen.
