Handling and Preparation
For best results, cut and handle product partially frozen. Remove from freezer & thaw at room temperature for 1/2 to 1 hour. For best results, warm knife in hot water and cut product. Knife should be serrated or have a thin blade. Cut all at once using the serving guides along tray. Use spatula to lift pieces out. Unused portions may be refrozen or kept in cooler.
