A rich milk chocolate mousse sandwiched between 3 layers of moist chocolate sponge only begins to define the decadence of this cake. Enrobed in dark chocolate ganache and lathered with a chocolate buttercream icing adds panache.
Handling and Preparation
Thaw product under refrigeration for approximately 8 - 12 hours, prior to serving (times will vary depending on size). Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water for slicing. Cover product to prevent moisture loss. Keep product refrigerated. Appearance may suffer if thawed and refrozen.
