Product Details

The tree may be erect, usually to 9m but sometimes to 18m tall or more. It may also be short and spreading with branches beginning close to the ground.. The flowers lack petals and are borne profusely in racemes near the branch tips. The fruits are pear- shaped oval, or nearly round. Varieties Fuerte and Hess are the two main export varieties, although preference changing towards Hass.
We export Fuerte and Hass varieties. The fruit has a series of shapes. Its internal part has a rounded seed of bright color and varies from 2-4 cm, and it is covered by a greenish skin. The packing is done in 4 kg boxes or depending on the request of the customer. By each 40 cubic feet container, 20 pallets are sent containing 276 boxes making a total of 5520 boxes of 4 kg each. The boxes used comply with the necessary standards for export, and are weight resistant. Temperatures are kept at 5 degrees Celsius. Humidity is kept at 90 per cent, Ventilation at 25 per cent.
Availability: The varieties we have currently are both Fuerte and Hass avocados.
Packaging: Carton: 4 Kgs contains 9-18 pieces each depending on the sizes i.e. sizes 9-12.
