M3001

 M3001 is apply to all kinds of meat products. It is most like M3002, only better solubility than M3002.

Character: white granulate, white powder in injection and curing meat product,soluble in water.

Main ingredients: it is composited by dimerization phosphate, tripolyphosphate and polyphosphates.

Hygienic standard: GB2760.

Usage and dosage: mix with other ingredients to make curing juice, used for injection, the dosage is 0.3-0.5%.
